  • 1/4⁢ cup chopped fresh‍ dill
  • 12​ sheets⁢ phyllo dough, thawed and at room ​temperature

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Heat olive ‍oil ⁤in a large ‍skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 ​minutes.
  3. Add chopped spinach and cook until wilted, about 3-5 minutes. ⁢Set aside to cool.
  4. In a mixing‌ bowl, combine the ​crumbled tofu, nutritional​ yeast, ‌almond‍ milk, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
