There are tons of non-dairy yogurt brands you can try, too, if you’re lactose intolerant or sensitive to dairy. I love creamy coconut yogurt with berries and granola on top. There’s truly a yogurt for everyone!

Yogurt is arguably one of the most versatile ingredients to use in cooking and baking and in both sweet and savory recipes.

  • it’s a great high protein and lower fat swap for things like mayo and oil
  • the acidity even helps make the perfect cookie texture when it interacts with baking soda
  • plain yogurt can take on any flavor combinations you like for things like salad dressings and even chicken marinades
