I am a fan of jerk seasoning with all of it’s thyme, allspice and spicy scotch bonnet peppers! You can use the sauce as a marinade or you can just mix it in, like in this recipe where you mix jerk sauce into cooked pulled chicken! The jerk chicken is served in a sandwich with cool and creamy coconut coleslaw to tame the spicy heat, along with some juicy pineapple! You can enjoy these tropically themed sandwiches with chicken that’s warm or cool and they’re prefect for hot summer days!
