Raspberry Peach Crisp – Eat With Your Eyes

Ingredients: 4 cups sliced fresh peaches OR frozen unsweetened peach slices,2 tablespoons sugar,1 tablespoon quick cooking tapioca,2 tablespoons red raspberry preserves,1 cup quick cooking oats,3 tablespoons flour,3 tablespoons packed brown sugar,3 tablespoons packed brown sugar,1 1/4 teaspoons cinnamon,3 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In large bowl combine peaches, sugar, tapioca and raspberry preserves.
  2. Place fruit mixture in a 2 qt square baking dish.
  3. For topping~In a medium bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar and cinnamon mix in butter and make crumbly.
  4. Sprinkle over fruit.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until bubbly and cool on a wire rack for 45 minutes serve warm with ice cream or whip cream
