Frozen Aperol Peach Margarita. Mixed simply with summer peaches, orange liquor, tequila, and the twist – Aperol. Then blend with ice and finish with a swirl of sweet, creamy coconut milk. A refreshing summer cocktail that’s perfectly icy, sweet, and so delicious! A spicy tajin-lined rim keeps everyone coming back for a second round. Make the punch version to serve to family and friends! Everyone loves a frosty margarita.

Another Saturday, another drink! This week, we’ve got something icy, peachy, spicy, sweet, and boozy too. In the summer, when everyone is either off traveling or out having fun on the weekends, frozen cocktails on a warm Saturday night are the best!

Peach season is sweet, but it’s also short. So I wanted to share this recipe right away, ahead of the summer harvest that will take place in a few weeks. This way we can make these frosty margaritas from now till summer’s end.

Here are the details

You’ll need lots of frozen peaches, a bottle of your favorite tequila, Aperol, Cointreau, lime, and then a swirl of creamy, sweet coconut milk.

The Aperol gives the margarita a special touch with its sweetness, hints of orange, and vanilla. Such a unique, but delicious combination with peaches!!

And the coconut milk adds a creamy, tropical layer of flavor. Love the pairing with the tequila and peaches.

Since peaches are coming into season, I decided I’d just freeze my own peaches. You can easily use store-bought already frozen peaches too. But fresh peaches are the way to go for the very best flavor and color.

The process is EASY. Blend everything but the coconut milk together. Then I swirl the coconut milk into each drink. It creates a really pretty swirled effect.

Since I live for a spicy, sweet drink, I rim each glass in Tajin before pouring over the frozen marg.

I topped these drinks off with a homemade 2-ingredient peach popsicle, and a summery, fun, flower. Simple, unique, delicious, and so pretty too.

Hope you guys have a wonderful Father’s Day weekend. And be sure to kick summer off with a fun (frosty, frozen) cocktail in hand.
