- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Season the chicken breasts with oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 5-6 minutes per side, until browned.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish.
- Add the sliced bell peppers, onion, and garlic to the same skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes, until slightly softened.
- Add the chicken broth and white wine to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes, until slightly reduced.
- Add the olives and feta cheese to the skillet and stir to combine.
- Pour the vegetable mixture over the chicken in the baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through.
- Serve with tzatziki sauce on top.
Tzatziki Sauce Recipe
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cucumber, seeded and grated
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- In a medium bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, and dill.
- Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
