Have a Ball (or Two!) This Summer

Here’s a throwback for ya! I created this No-Bake Peanut Butter Popcorn Ball recipe a few years ago as part of my Summer Picnic Snack Tray. But they’re so delicious, they deserve their own post. My kids love to join in the fun rolling the mixture into uniform balls. It’s the best kind of messy fun you can have! And of course, they love eating them!

They’re made with crunchy popcorn and peanuts, creamy peanut butter, Reese’s Pieces, mini peanut butter cups, and peanut butter chips. SO good. Believe me, no one is going to mistake these popcorn balls for… health food. 😂 They’re definitely one of those treats that make summer picnics and playdates so sweet.
